Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders in the ERP system
Creation of invoices, credit notes, and shipping documents
Coordination of international transports with customers and logistics partners
Monitoring agreed delivery dates and handling deviations
Preparation of export documents such as certificates of origin and certificates
Checking packaging according to customer requirements and internal guidelines
Written and telephone support of international business customers
Coordination of delivery processes from order entry to shipping
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training or comparable professional background
Further training in export or foreign trade
Several years of experience in international order processing
Good knowledge of export processes and international shipping logistics
Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems
Precise, independent, and customer-oriented working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills for international communication
