Decentralised Unit Secretary

As a decentralised unit secretary, you contribute to the smooth running of the Echallens - Emile Gardaz primary school and work continuously with teachers, pupils and parents. In doing so, you will contribute not only to administrative efficiency but also to the overall success of the educational mission entrusted to compulsory education in Vaud.

• Collaborate in the daily activities of the secretariat

• Assist with administrative follow-up related to organisational and administrative aspects of pupil monitoring

• Assist with administrative follow-up related to organisational and administrative aspects of classes, options, optional courses and examinations

• Ensure the planning and execution of assigned schedule activities

• Participate in administrative management in the personnel domain

The working hours are annualised and flexibility in scheduling is required to meet the needs of the school.

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification required
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LAGAPEO) required
• Sense of responsibility, organisation and self-control
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Listening skills, communication and team spirit
• Writing skills and public service ethics
