File Manager at the Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolism Department
To support the service administrator in her activities, the Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolism Department is offering a File Manager position at a 70% workload, with a start date planned for 1 October 2026 or to be agreed upon.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research and education.
Attached to the CHUV Department of Medicine, the Endocrinology, Diabetology and Metabolism (EDM) Department specialises in endocrinology, diabetes, lipids, obesity as well as eating behaviour and nutrition disorders. Our approach is multidisciplinary, patient-centred, with cutting-edge clinical practice based on the latest advances in medical research.
Mission
- You provide administrative support to the service administrator (participation in HR procedures, time management, etc.)
- You assist the administrator in the financial management of the service (preparation of documents, issuing invoices and orders, checking reimbursement requests...)
- You coordinate activities related to the service’s Ultragenda (setting up all calendars, courses and workshops of the service, blocking absences (holidays, conferences, etc.) according to the schedule...)
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC (or an equivalent qualification) and have at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- You have an excellent sense of organisation, responsibility and administrative rigour
- You are proactive, versatile and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment
- You are proficient with common IT tools and adapt easily to new software
- You appreciate teamwork, mutual support and collaboration.
