What you achieve

• You independently and customer-orientedly handle complex motor vehicle claims with an international reference
• You coordinate claims processing with international partners and ensure high settlement quality
• You conduct telephone and written negotiations with claimants as well as partners at home and abroad
• You examine liability and legal issues and handle agreement and legal recourse claims
• You analyse claims cases, make well-founded decisions, and actively contribute your expertise to optimisations, quality measures, and projects

What you bring

• Several years of experience in motor vehicle claims handling, ideally with an international focus
• You have fluent German and French skills, both spoken and written (mandatory); additional language skills are a great advantage
• Ideally, you hold the Swiss Federal Certificate as an insurance specialist or a comparable further qualification
• You communicate clearly, confidently in negotiations, and appropriately for the audience
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You are an empathetic personality with a strong customer orientation and appreciate collaboration with internal and international partners
• You contribute ideas and enjoy continuously developing processes and cooperation
