For our long-standing client based at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a young HR talent in the role of
 

HR Services Advisor 80% (all)

What you can look forward to:

• You support the HR team in the operational day-to-day business with administrative tasks around the employee lifecycle
• You maintain the personnel and time recording systems and manage the personnel files
• You gladly prepare employment contracts as well as work references
• You act as a contact person for employees and take their concerns at the HR counter, by phone or by email
• You assist in organising and handling induction days as well as general administrative tasks in the HR area

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training, ideally complemented by HR further education as an HR Assistant
• First experience in an HR department (personnel administration, payroll or recruiting)
• Confident handling of HR systems and MS Office
• Structured, discreet and service-oriented working style with good communication skills
• Open nature with enjoyment of a busy and dynamic working environment
