Internal Sales Clerk with French (m/f/d)

Our client is a long-established successful insurance service provider in the Lucerne-Zug region. To complement the well-established team, we are looking for a keen and high-performing commercial talent with good French, quick comprehension skills and the desire to enter the insurance industry or take the next step in this field. Enjoyment of administrative tasks and reliable, precise processing are very important and sought after here.

Your tasks

• Supporting customers by telephone and in writing in French and German
• Administrative processing of customer concerns in the areas of property, personal and/or social insurance
• Supporting customer advisors with quotation requests, comparisons and application checks
• Assisting with the handling of various benefit and claim cases 
• Supporting defined, well-described administrative customer processes 
• Substituting for similar tasks within the team

Your profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with initial professional experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Talents wishing to enter the insurance industry are also welcome
• Requirement: self-motivated, reliable, precise and conscientious working style
• In addition, you bring a strong team orientation and high service commitment
• Motivated and confident in using MS Office, ERP solutions and digital tools
• French skills: good to very good communication (at least B2) with practical application
• German: very good knowledge (C1/C2)
