Your task:
- You support the Climate School in inspiring primary, secondary, and vocational schools in Switzerland for our education programme. Your main task is to contact school principals and teachers by phone, inform them about the Climate School programme, and arrange appointments for presentations or cooperation discussions. Your goal is to recruit schools to participate in our climate education projects.
You bring:
- Enjoyment of telephone communication
- Persuasiveness and a positive, professional demeanour
- Interest in climate protection and educational work
- Independent working style and reliability
- Good knowledge of German
- Ideally, but not necessarily: experience and networks in the Swiss education sector
We offer you:
- Meaningful activity: You help ensure that more pupils gain access to practical climate education.
- Flexible scheduling: You can determine your working days yourself.
- Flexible workload: You can decide the extent to which you want to support us in telephone acquisition. We can use any help, from a few hours per month up to 8 hours per week.
- Flexible workplace: You can freely decide where you want to work from. This could be, for example, from our HUB in Winterthur, from home office, or in co-working spaces.
- Integration into a committed team: You will receive an induction, regular exchange, and support from the Climate School team.
- Training and materials: We provide you with all necessary documents, argumentation aids, and a short training.
