Head of Controlling 80-100% (a), Canton of Zurich
Your tasks:
- Professional and organisational leadership of controlling as well as continuous development of existing structures and instruments
- Establishment and further development of group-wide financial and performance management with meaningful key figures
- Overall responsibility for budget planning, rolling forecasts as well as business management investment and profitability calculations
- Creation and further development of management reports as a basis for strategic and operational decisions
- Analysis of cost developments, performance data and case numbers as well as development of concrete optimisation measures
- Ensuring meaningful cost and operational accounting in compliance with relevant REKOLE® requirements
- Coordination and timely preparation of legally and regulatorily required data reports, especially for hospital statistics, SDEP and ITAR_K
- Conducting in-depth special evaluations and ad-hoc analyses for various decision-makers
- Identification of digitalisation potentials as well as optimisation of data quality, system landscape and controlling processes
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration or a comparable further education with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in controlling at a hospital or a comparable organisation in the healthcare sector - this industry knowledge is essential for the role
- Sound knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting and financial corporate management
- Experience with the specific requirements of the Swiss healthcare system, ideally including REKOLE® and relevant data reports
- Strong affinity for numbers, interconnected thinking and the ability to present complex matters clearly
- Entrepreneurial understanding as well as enjoyment in critically questioning existing processes and implementing new solutions
- Confident handling of digital applications and a strong affinity for data, systems and process optimisation
- Convincing communication, a professional appearance and the ability to competently advise different stakeholders
