With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialized, and emergency care and over 5,000 surgeries of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

Head Medical Practice Assistant 100%

• Leading the MPA team and managing the deployment schedule
• Main responsibility for planning, organizing, and preparing consultations including patient reception and care
• Building, co-designing, and further developing the practice
• Ensuring correct service recording in the practice system
• Preparing urological examinations and assisting with examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, etc.)
• Independently performing blood draws, urine analyses, injections, bladder instillations, and catheter changes
• Organizing and leading regular team meetings
• Performing administrative and organizational tasks (appointment scheduling, telephone, report creation, etc.)
• Managing the practice pharmacy as well as medication and material inventory
• Responsibility for maintaining quality management (QM)

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ and several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience, further training as MPK is an advantage
• Tardoc/outpatient flat rate knowledge is required
• Good MS Office skills and foreign language skills
• Friendly and patient personality as well as high resilience and teamwork skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
