Tasks
- Proactively manage the CEO's agenda and provide administrative relief.
- Organize and oversee board meetings, including minute-taking.
- Prepare presentations and coordinate projects and deadlines.
Skills
- Completed commercial training or equivalent; experience as Executive Assistant.
- Fluent in German and good English; French is a plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills, high discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Your Responsibilities
- Proactive management of the CEO's agenda and administrative relief
- Organisation and support of Board of Directors meetings (including minute-taking)
- Preparation of presentations and decision-making materials
- Coordination of projects, pending tasks and deadlines
- Ensuring high quality in communication and documentation
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Organisation of business trips
What You Bring
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification
- Further training as a management assistant with a federal certificate or Executive Assistant
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant at executive/board level
- Fluent German and good English skills, additional languages (especially French) are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- High discretion, independence and organisational strength
- Assertiveness and professional appearance
