HR Consultant

To excellently support our managers, we are looking for you – a professional with drive Your role – sparring partner, co-creator, bridge builder In this key role, you accompany our managers throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. You advise, question, support – and step in where needed.

What to expect

• Advise, accompany and empower managers – confidently and on equal footing, even in complex and demanding personnel matters including absence management
• Provide legal certainty – you are the expert authority in contract design, warnings or separation processes
• Actively accompany change processes and support cultural transformation; you are not only a consultant but also a change agent
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including the further development and digitalisation of HR processes
• Complete administrative tasks and "digital paperwork" reliably and efficiently

What you bring

• Solid HR expertise: You are confident in personnel-related issues
• Several years of experience in a consulting HR role, confident in dealing with managers and complex personnel matters
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law; knowledge of social security law is an advantage, especially in the context of absence management
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanour and negotiation skills
• Very structured, independent and reliable working style with pronounced organisational skills – administrative diligence is natural to you, not a necessary evil
• Pragmatism, solution orientation and a good sense of humour
• Enjoyment of project work as well as willingness to actively shape HR and further develop existing structures
