Our scheduling team in Melchnau is looking for you to strengthen it!
THIS IS YOUR JOB:
You think in networks, plan proactively, and keep an overview even with changing priorities. A versatile role awaits you, where you combine production planning and procurement and collaborate with various internal and external partners:
You plan and coordinate the production and sample orders of our flat and carpet weaving. You independently procure the required raw materials, especially yarns, and keep track of orders and delivery dates. Additionally, you coordinate orders and material flows with our manufacturing partners at home and abroad. In case of bottlenecks or schedule changes, you coordinate with sales and production and find suitable solutions together with those involved.
WHAT YOU BRING:
You preferably have a basic textile technical education and must have experience in production planning in an industrial company. Ideally, you are familiar with the weaving process or textile finishing. Alternatively, you bring good technical understanding to quickly familiarise yourself with the production processes. You recognise the connections between material requirements, capacities, and delivery dates, set clear priorities, and work independently and solution-oriented. Even with short-term changes, you keep an overview and communicate confidently and skilfully with sales, production, and suppliers to find suitable solutions together. Solid English skills complete your profile.
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
An experienced, committed team will carefully train you and support you in gradually taking on this hub function. With us, you will find a first-name culture and a family-like working environment characterised by appreciation, trust, and an open, respectful interaction. With pioneering spirit, we question the status quo, dare new things, and thus connect tradition with the future.
Your benefits:
- Five weeks of holiday plus compensation for pre-holiday days between Christmas and New Year
- Opportunity to purchase five additional holiday days annually
- Own employee pension fund with attractive interest on retirement savings and insurance of total salary
- After training, the possibility to work partially from home

We are pleased that you want to become part of our team!
