You develop customer-oriented new solutions and improve existing ones.
- You analyse business requirements and create specifications for online and mobile applications. Additionally, you take on sub-project management tasks in digitalisation projects
- You continuously observe and evaluate the needs of our customers as well as current trends in digital banking (online banking, mobile banking and digitally supported advisory services)
- Together with the specialist departments, you further develop the digital channels of the LLB Group and take responsibility for their ongoing optimisation
- Through coaching, training and targeted knowledge transfer, you make an important contribution to the digitalisation of the company
- You actively participate in the expansion and further development of our user testing programme
Your Education and Experience:
- Several years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in banking & finance
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in banking & finance, business or business informatics, or a completed banking apprenticeship
- Technical understanding of the basics of developing online and mobile applications as well as the basic technologies of the internet
Your Working Style:
- You are characterised by flexibility and versatility and are willing to successfully manage both operational and strategic tasks
- You are motivated to take responsibility and drive topics forward with commitment and implementation strength
- You value teamwork as much as working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks
