Job Description

Your mission

Within our Cybersecurity team, you are responsible for protecting industrial environments and operational technologies (OT). You contribute to strengthening the security, resilience, and standardisation of our production infrastructures while supporting the evolution of practices within our manufactories.

You lead activities related to the assessment of industrial cyber risks, securing access and identities, as well as implementing the necessary security controls to protect our equipment and operations.

Your responsibilities

• Define and deploy industrial cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.
• Assess cyber risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure the security of industrial equipment, OT applications, and access to critical systems.
• Ensure the consistency of security architectures and deployed protection solutions.
• Supervise detection, monitoring, and traceability tools for industrial environments.
• Coordinate security assessments during the integration of new manufacturing technologies.
• Contribute to risk management related to partners and external service providers.
• Develop security indicators and support the continuous improvement of cyber maturity.
• Participate in continuity and recovery initiatives to ensure operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, cybersecurity, or engineering.
• Proven experience in industrial cybersecurity (OT/ICS).
• Strong knowledge of security architectures, identity and access management, and cyber risk management.
• Experience in complex industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive change.
• Analytical mindset, pragmatism, and results orientation.
