To strengthen our international ICT team, we are therefore looking for a SAP-experienced individual with a strong understanding of purchasing, warehousing and logistics processes who will develop the future system and process landscape of our intralogistics together with our specialist departments.

IT Intralogistics Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your typical day

• Application Engineering: You support and develop our ICT applications around purchasing, warehouse management and intralogistics and take over the customising, especially in SAP MM, SRM, IM and EWM
• Process Consulting: You advise our specialist departments and process owners on new requirements, process optimisations and digitalisation projects and assess their technical feasibility
• Smart Factory: Together with the project manager and the business process owner, you are responsible for the transformation from classic SRM to SAP EWM and independently or with the support of the consulting partner carry out the system settings. Additionally, you accompany the integration of an automatic small parts warehouse and the associated material flow computer.
• Concept & Implementation: You support the creation of specifications, are responsible for the technical requirements specifications and accompany the implementation from conception through testing to successful go-live
• Interface between Business & ICT: You translate business requirements into technical solutions and work closely with logistics, production, purchasing, business analysts and our SAP specialists
• Rollouts & international locations: You take responsibility for the relevant SAP logistics modules in introduction and rollout projects at various Kistler Group locations
• Testing, Documentation & Training: You test new and adapted processes, document the solutions and ensure smooth operation through training and structured handover
• Support: You support our Operations Team in Bratislava in second level support and take over third level support for more complex issues

Your profile

• SAP expertise: You have several years of practical experience in SAP customising, ideally in the modules MM, SRM and/or IM
• SAP EWM: Knowledge and practical experience with SAP EWM is a great advantage; experience with other SAP logistics modules is also welcome
• Logistics & process understanding: You have a solid understanding of purchasing, warehousing and logistics processes as well as the requirements of a manufacturing industrial company
• Project & consulting competence: You can systematically capture requirements from the specialist departments, analyse them and translate them into implementable ICT solutions and ideally have experience in leading or participating in SAP and digitalisation projects
• Analytical working style: You quickly grasp complex contexts and convince with strong problem-solving skills as well as a structured and independent working style
• Team & internationality: You enjoy working across departments, communicate confidently with different stakeholders and feel comfortable in an international environment
• Languages: You have business fluent German skills as well as good English skills
