Senior Fullstack / BizDevOps Engineer (76075)

Task

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack / BizDevOps Engineer for one of our clients
Do you want to take on an interesting challenge as a Software Engineer in Team Neon (ART LUMA / DSO NES)? You are in the right place with us. Team Neon is responsible for the following seven applications: PoMa, the route and node development plan, the web application network requirements, the expansion and renewal map,

the project requirements application, the matrix offer expansion application as well as MIAM. These help SBB Infrastructure to finance and strategically plan their construction projects. You work in an agile BizDevOps team that implements software end-to-end from the database to the UI. Your tasks include the following:

* Participation in clarifying professional, technical and architectural requirements

* Active involvement in the area of architecture including documentation of decisions

* Development of new or extension of existing functionality in frontend & backend (including testing / test automation)

* Delivery (deployment and releasing) of product increments from DEV to PROD environment

* Operation and monitoring of applications in production (DevOps)

* Active collaboration with other teams within ART LUMA

Requirements

• Many years of project experience in Switzerland and/or current residence in Switzerland
• Completed education in the field of computer science, e.g. at a university of applied sciences, university or vocational training
• Practical experience in: backend development (Java, Spring Boot), frontend development (Angular), software architecture, databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL), integration technologies (JSON/REST, Kafka, Swagger/OpenAPI), test frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and continuous integration / continuous delivery (OpenShift/Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Tekton)
• Experience with development environments and tooling such as IntelliJ, Maven, Git
• Strong quality awareness and high willingness to learn new things and familiarise yourself with unknown components as well as to share know-how and your own experience
• Independent and goal-oriented working style in an agile environment on-site and remote
• Willingness to work in the BizDevOps environment
• Active participation in software architecture design (in collaboration with product architect and system architect)
• Good team player, helpful and flexible, open and communicative
• Knowledge in the field of GIS (esri ArcGIS)
• First experience / willingness to learn in dealing with AI-supported development (GitHub Copilot or similar)
• Experience with operating cloud-based applications
• Familiar with operational support tools such as Instana, Grafana, Splunk
• Experience in agile working methods (Scrum or SAFe) and with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
• German language skills spoken and written, business fluent
