The Clinic for Forensics (UPKF), as part of the University Psychiatric Clinics (UPK), includes both outpatient and inpatient treatment services and consists of the areas of adult forensics, juvenile forensics, and forensic psychology. In the area of adult forensics, there is a specialised inpatient and outpatient treatment offer for mentally ill people with a criminal background. The most common diagnostic groups include schizophrenia, personality disorders, and disorders of sexual preference. In addition, primarily criminal reports (assessments of culpability and prognosis) are prepared on behalf of the judicial authorities.
For the standardised psychometric diagnostics within the framework of forensic psychiatric treatments in inpatient adult forensics, we are looking for psychology students for a fixed-term mandatory internship (300 hours, unpaid) on a part-time basis (preferably 50% or by arrangement) starting 1 December 2026.
