For our client, a discerning private household with a spacious and well-maintained estate in the Lake Zurich region, we are seeking a reliable, discreet, and skilled craftsman as

Technical All-Rounder / Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintenance and upkeep of the extensive garden and outdoor areas including seasonal tasks
• Supervision and monitoring of building services as well as carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Maintenance and care of the pool facility including water quality control and seasonal commissioning
• Maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet as well as coordination of service and maintenance appointments
• Occasional driving duties and support with organisational tasks
• Regular inspection rounds and ensuring the impeccable condition of the entire estate

You have a completed vocational training in a craft, technical, horticultural or agricultural field and bring a broad practical understanding of maintenance work. You work independently, proactively, and solution-oriented, and enjoy taking on a variety of tasks responsibly. Personally, you convince through reliability, flexibility, absolute discretion, and a well-groomed appearance. A category B driving licence is required; a boat licence is an advantage.
