• You are the voice for our customers – by phone or in writing, in German and English as well as another language (French or Italian, depending on language skills)
• You support our customers in using the Swiss Bankers app – ensuring that banking remains simple.
• You handle internal as well as external concerns directly in our systems and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You coordinate with 2nd level or back office by creating support requests when things get more complex.

Professional

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, as well as French and/or Italian skills
• Completed basic training as well as experience in customer contact or service environment
• Confident handling of digital applications
