Supplier Quality Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is an internationally active company in the field of sophisticated optical key components, assemblies and systems. The company supports partners from the surveying technology, medical technology and semiconductor industries along the entire value chain.
Responsibilities:
Regular assessment of the quality performance of selected suppliers
Coordination of quality requirements and improvement goals with international business partners
Review of technical documents and measurement reports as part of product approvals
Support of quality audits and review of resulting measures
Responsibility for resolving defective deliveries and documenting the results
Revision of existing test procedures with the aim of stable series quality
Technical support of purchasing in qualifying new sources of supply
Inspection of component quality during industrialisation and ongoing production
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship, for example in precision mechanics, mechatronics or metrology
Advanced training in quality management or quality assurance
Professional experience in a manufacturing company with high precision requirements
Sound knowledge of industrial testing methods and technical metrology
Experience in handling complaints and applying the 8D methodology
Experience with sampling processes and approval of series parts
Analytical approach, initiative and clear communication with various contacts
Very good knowledge of German and English
