Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensuring quality requirements in production and adjacent areas
• Conducting quality inspections and coordinating initial sampling
• Analysing quality data as well as deriving and implementing sustainable improvement measures
• Handling complaints, deviations and corrective actions
• Supporting audits and root cause analyses
• Reducing disruptions in the production process through targeted quality improvements

Your Profile

• Technical basic training with further education in quality management or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in quality assurance or production in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of common quality methods such as 5 Why, Ishikawa or 8D as well as ISO 9001
• Structured, responsible and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good German and English skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
