Requirements
Relevant service training, proven professional experience, experienced in leadership, you have solid professional and wine knowledge, are a competent, front-line host, speak fluent German as well as English and have knowledge of French. You are eager to work and resilient, can lead, train, and motivate a larger brigade exemplary, and enjoy a well-maintained operation with international guests.
