As part of a long-term project with one of our clients, an energy supplier in the Zurich area, we are looking for a

Network Services Planning Employee (100%)

You will manage the sub-process planning in day-to-day business: order receipt, administration, and coordination of implementation.

Your Task

You are the binding interface between customer enquiries and the internal execution teams.

• Independent handling of business cases and orders in the sub-process planning
• Processing and administration of the e-mail inbox as well as order initiation
• Notification, appointment scheduling, and coordination of customer appointments
• Allocation of orders to internal implementation resources in the specialised systems
• Contact person for employees regarding the assigned orders and business cases

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as commercial clerk EFZ or as electrical installer EFZ, electrical planner EFZ or telecommunications technician EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical environment
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident MS Office and general PC skills
• Experience in customer contact and strong service orientation
• Team-oriented, proactive and independent; quick comprehension, interconnected technical thinking, precise and structured working method
