We are looking for Hôpital d'Aubonne a :

Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80%

To strengthen our Unit 4 from June 1st or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE

A HES Bachelor in nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
First experience acquired in a medical, geriatric, or rehabilitation service is an asset.
Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate), flexibility, and proactivity.
Ability to work continuous 12-hour shifts alternating days and nights.
Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Listening skills and ease in interpersonal relations.

Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values
Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient
Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project
Work in interprofessionality with the aim of quality care and respecting a global approach to the patient
Collaborate with all stakeholders for continuous improvement of practices and good organization of the service
