Responsibilities

• Active acquisition and support of companies in the hotel & catering sector
• Building and maintaining a sustainable customer network in the Bern region
• Conducting customer visits and analysing personnel requirements
• Recruiting suitable specialists and managers for permanent and temporary positions
• Creating and publishing job advertisements on various channels
• Conducting interviews as well as assessing and selecting candidates
• Presenting suitable candidates to client companies
• Supporting employees throughout the entire assignment
• Using modern recruiting, CRM and social media tools to attract customers and candidates
• Independently managing the entire 360° recruitment process

Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with further education at a hotel management school or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, consulting or recruiting
• Ideally experience in direct B2B sales of services or in personnel placement
• Good regional networking and market knowledge advantageous
• Confident handling of MS Office, CRM systems and digital recruiting tools
• Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
• Driving licence category B
• Clean debt enforcement and criminal record extract
• Communicative, customer-oriented and engaging personality with negotiation skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
