Communications Manager (all genders), fixed-term for 10 months
Shape how we communicate
You know how good communication provides orientation, reaches people, and supports change? You write with style, convey complex topics clearly, and reliably implement communication measures? For a fixed-term position of 10 months, we are looking for an experienced communications professional to support our Corporate Communications team in day-to-day business and selected projects.
Your role
- As part of the Corporate Communications team, you independently take on selected communication tasks and clearly defined projects in coordination with the communications department.
- You create and edit content for internal and external target groups, especially for the intranet, website, and newsletter, as well as for presentations and other corporate publications.
- You research information, coordinate content with the responsible departments, and prepare it in a clear and target group-appropriate manner.
- You support the planning and implementation of communication measures and help to convey our corporate messages consistently and credibly.
- You coordinate collaboration with internal contacts and external partners for your tasks and keep an eye on deadlines and quality.
- You assist your team colleagues in carrying out their projects, thus providing relief within the team.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in corporate communications, a communications agency, or a comparable environment
- Training in communication, journalism, or a related field, or comparable practical experience
- Excellent editorial skills and a good sense for messages, target groups, and channels
- Experience in independently implementing communication measures and coordinating with various contacts
- Confidence in using digital communication channels
- Experience in using AI tools to support communication work is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style as well as the ability to keep an overview and a cool head even in turbulent situations
- German as a native language and very good English skills, both spoken and written
