Your Tasks

• Your area of responsibility includes the independent psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with the full spectrum of psychiatric disorders in a day clinic individual and group setting.
• You independently manage individual psychotherapeutic cases and are also responsible for therapy planning, multi-person discussions, and psychological assessments.
• Together with the interdisciplinary treatment team, you ensure holistic care and work closely with psychiatry, nursing, social services, specialised therapies, and external referrers.
• You actively develop and conduct diverse group offerings with different therapeutic focuses and also participate in reports, case discussions, supervisions, and further training.
• You are responsible for case-related documentation and service recording and are supported by the secretariat in this.

Your Profile

• With a completed degree in psychology and experience in adult psychiatry, you bring important professional foundations for this role, ideally complemented by experience in the day clinic setting.
• Your started or already advanced training in a federally recognised psychotherapeutic method forms an important basis for your further professional development, preferably with a cognitive-behavioural therapy orientation.
• For your role, you have an assistant psychotherapy permit from the canton of St. Gallen or are willing to meet the necessary requirements before starting the position.
• You combine joy and interest in individual therapy, especially group therapies, with a patient- and relative-oriented attitude and appreciate interprofessional collaboration within the treatment team.
• Strong initiative and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths, as are your communication and teamwork skills, complemented by very good German language skills at C1 level.

Your Salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between CHF 91,406 and CHF 130,000 per year.
