Role:
Do you want to combine your industry knowledge with your enthusiasm for sales? As a Field Sales Representative for Building Fittings & Fixing Technology (m/f/d), you will independently manage your sales territory. You will acquire new customers, maintain existing business relationships, and support specialist companies in selecting suitable technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
You look after existing customers from construction, craft, and industry and further develop long-term business relationships.
You acquire new business partners and open up additional market potential in your sales area.
You present technical products and system solutions directly to customers and advise on their application.
You accompany customer projects and support with technical questions and individual requirements.
You prepare and track customer offers together with the internal sales department.
You monitor market developments and competitor activities and derive appropriate sales activities from them.
You take responsibility for your sales targets and develop your territory purposefully.
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training in the construction or craft sector, for example as a carpenter EFZ, joiner EFZ, metalworker EFZ, or retail specialist EFZ with a connection to the construction industry.
Further training as a sales specialist with a federal certificate or technical sales specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage.
You know the Swiss construction and craft market and are familiar with the requirements of specialist customers.
You have very good German skills and are confident in using CRM systems and MS Office.
