Planning, building, and further developing complex network and system infrastructures for customers
Design and support of modern cloud platforms and IT infrastructures
Technical collaboration and consulting in IT projects with internal and external partners
Analysis and resolution of complex issues in 2nd-level support
Evaluation and introduction of new hardware and software solutions including training and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering
Completed degree or diploma in computer science or comparable technical qualification
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VPN, WLAN as well as Windows client/server environments
Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and GPO as well as a driving licence category B
Fluent German or French skills, good communication and customer orientation
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
