Tasks
During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will get to know interesting, challenging and exciting activities in the field of administration and services. Your practical training takes place in the back office, legal service and collective member support. You will learn to organise appointments and meetings, record and process data, and be in direct contact with our members by phone, in writing or at the counter.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated secondary school student with good grades in the main subjects German and Mathematics. In this role, flexibility, independence and interconnected thinking are important factors in daily work.
A basic requirement for this apprenticeship is a mother tongue of Portuguese, Italian or Spanish.
As important as good school performance are enjoyment in dealing with people, working with computers and the willingness to learn new things. You plan your work well and can also work independently.
