Then we are looking for you as the head of our Competence Center Microsoft! With us, you actively contribute to growth-oriented further development, even beyond national borders. As the head of the Competence Center (all genders), you occupy one of the most versatile positions with great growth and design scope at adesso. The role combines personnel, thematic, and customer responsibility in the context of the Microsoft solution portfolio. You are a key player for our company's success and expand your team of experts in the various domains of the Microsoft Eco-System, continuously develop it, and lead it to economic success. Specifically, you take on the following tasks:- The focus on the economic, contribution margin-oriented success of your team or competence center.
- Implementation of the adesso growth path through hiring, further development, and retention of your employees.
- Expansion of our customer relationships in the context of Microsoft topics and needs-oriented business cases.
- Care for your customers and coaching of project teams
- Partner management with Microsoft
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- You understand the consulting business and terms like "utilization control", "project organization", "expectation management", or "customer relationship" are part of your daily business.
- Around Microsoft, you have already gained diverse experiences – both in sales, proposal management, and operational project business.
- A specialization in one of the Microsoft domains Dynamics CRM, individual development, or M365 is an advantage.
- You bring a well established network in the Microsoft ecosystem that you can leverage profitably.
- You have experience in building and leading or coordinating teams and colleagues or project participants appreciate you as a competent leader who can lead teams in a goal-oriented manner based on motivation and trust.
- You are a management multi-talent, specialized in Microsoft, and eager to further expand our expertise in this area.
- Together we grow as a team, exchange our expertise with each other, and learn from and with each other. To ensure you start successfully in your leadership role at adesso, we systematically support you from the very beginning.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) and have good English skills – both written and spoken.
