At our site in Lupfig, we develop, produce and distribute sophisticated solutions with the highest precision. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as Production Team Leader (m/f/d) 100%.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and personnel management of a production team
• Ensuring a smooth production process regarding quality, deadlines, costs and occupational safety
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring daily production orders
• Leading, motivating and developing employees
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, work instructions and safety regulations
• Supporting resource and personnel deployment planning
• Analysing and optimising production processes
• Collaboration with the departments of Quality, Logistics, Production Planning and Engineering
• Supporting the introduction and implementation of lean and improvement measures
• Participating in recruitment, onboarding and qualification of new employees

Your Profile

Education

• Completed technical or craft vocational training
• Further training in technical or organisational fields is an advantage (e.g. process specialist, technician HF)

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a production environment
• Several years of leadership experience of a small to medium-sized team
• Experience in production planning and work organisation
• Experience in quality assurance and occupational safety

Leadership Competence

• Proven leadership skills
• Good knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement methods
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good English skills are an advantage
