We are continuing to grow and are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our team as a Recruitment Consultant 80-100%.
Your Responsibility
WHAT YOU DO
- You play an important role in building and further developing the permanent placement sector as well as body leasing, actively shaping these business areas together with the managing director.
- Acquisition of assignments, mandates & projects
- Active & passive sourcing of suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
- Interviewing candidates (virtually, physically & partly on site)
- Preparation of dossiers, participation in assessments and profile analyses
- Account management and expansion of the client portfolio
Your Profile
WHO YOU ARE
- You are talented in approaching and attracting people
- You are highly communicative, confident and persuasive
- You are fluent in German and preferably also in English and/or French
- You confidently use social media, communities & other platforms for your active sourcing
- Your appearance with clients is winning, convincing and sustainable
- You enrich our great team with your creativity & craftsmanship
