We are consistently driving the professionalisation and digitalisation of our purchasing department forward. To strengthen our small purchasing team, we are looking for a committed individual who not only administers purchasing but actively shapes it.

• You develop product group and supplier strategies and actively implement them
• You independently conduct price and contract negotiations with manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors
• You sustainably develop supplier relationships, manage framework agreements and jointly unlock additional potential with our partners
• You identify optimisation potential with future-proof technologies and actively implement it
• You are a sparring partner for our operational units and accompany demanding procurement projects from tendering to contract conclusion
• You help shape the purchasing of tomorrow with us and actively develop our digital procurement processes, eProcurement solutions and data-driven purchasing management
• You are committed to anchoring sustainability and innovation in purchasing. In addition, you ensure compliance, governance and contract standards

• Commercial or technical basic training with further education in purchasing (e.g. Swiss federal diploma in purchasing, CAS Purchasing or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing (preferably for electrical installation materials) or project management (e.g. project manager)
• Experience in contract negotiations and supplier management
• Analytical understanding of key figures, reporting and data analysis
• Your curiosity, motivation and commitment to actively shape purchasing
• Experience with eProcurement systems will facilitate your start
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, Italian or French an advantage
