Project Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a specialist as a Project Architect for Execution Planning for the planning of demanding public and private building projects. The focus is on project, execution and detailed planning as well as the constructive further development of architectural designs up to the structural implementation. Additionally, you will participate in competitions and studies and coordinate planning interfaces with specialist planners and other project participants. The position combines architecture, construction and execution planning with a diverse project portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding public and private building projects
Creation and further development of project and execution planning
Preparation of working, detailed and construction plans
Development of technically and architecturally convincing detailed solutions
Processing and coordination of floor plans, sections and facades
Coordination of architectural planning with structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Review and integration of specialist planner and contractor documents
Participation in material selection, sampling and constructive clarifications
Support in building submissions and approval procedures
Participation in architecture competitions, studies and variant developments
Creation and maintenance of CAD/3D models as well as plan and project documentation
Accompanying the planning during the realisation phase and handling technical execution questions
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture at ETH, FH or university level or equivalent education
At least 2 years of professional experience in architecture and building planning
Good knowledge of execution planning, construction and detailing
Experience with industry-standard CAD/3D planning software
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards and planning processes is an advantage
Experience with public and private building projects is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written
