About the job
The Coup d'Pouce Foundation has been active for over 25 years in leisure activities and supporting people with disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.
The Leisure Gateway Service offers any person with a disability the opportunity to participate in leisure activities in an ordinary environment, accompanied by an experienced leisure worker. This service aims to contribute to the inclusion of people with disabilities within ordinary leisure structures.
We are recruiting leisure workers to accompany children with specific needs during their leisure activities in an ordinary environment.
Start date School holidays 2026 29 June to 14 August 2026
Contract type ☒ Fixed-term ☐ Permanent
Hours Every day Full-time or part-time depending on the needs and type of activities of the accompanied children

Region Vaud
Desired profile: Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders, a sense of responsibility, communication skills, adaptability, flexibility and autonomy, a clear desire to work as part of a team, minimum age 18 years.
