We are looking for a Master Data Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and ensure the quality and consistency of our product master data and establish standards for efficient master data management.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- be responsible for the maintenance, quality, and consistency of product master data.
- develop and implement standards and processes for master data management.
- collaborate interdisciplinarily with our subject matter experts, IT, and colleagues from other E+H locations to harmonize master data.
- create reports and KPIs to monitor data quality.
- conduct training and provide support for users in handling product master data.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- bring at least 3 years of experience in master data management.
- possess analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- have very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written).
- are an implementation-strong, team-oriented, and flexible personality with good communication skills.
