Senior Platform Engineer - IT Infrastructure 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Architecture and expansion of cloud platforms based on Microsoft Azure as well as ensuring a scalable and reliable infrastructure.
Automation of infrastructure management through the development and maintenance of Terraform modules and other infrastructure-as-code solutions.
Building and providing reusable platform services, technical standards, and interfaces for various development and operations teams.
Technical consulting and support for teams from software development, data, AI, and infrastructure in implementing cloud solutions.
Error analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as participation in international IT projects and innovative platform initiatives.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with relevant professional experience or a completed degree in computer science.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud architectures, and standardisation of platform environments, for example using landing zones.
Practical experience with Terraform, infrastructure as code, Azure DevOps and/or Git; knowledge of other cloud platforms is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, API Management, Microsoft Entra ID as well as scripting with PowerShell or using REST APIs.
Analytical and structured working style, strong sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of knowledge sharing; very good German and English skills at least at B2 level.
Workplace and residence: The position is not remote and requires on-site work. A residence in Switzerland, willingness to relocate to Switzerland, or work as a cross-border commuter is required.
