Welcome to Tertianum Seerose. Our residential and care centre in Egnach is located in the midst of greenery, just a few hundred metres from the shores of Lake Constance. Forty-five care guests find a cosy home here. Our care rooms offer a beautiful view of the lake or the Säntis. Despite the idyllic location, Seerose is conveniently located with a bus stop directly in front of the building. The garden of the house offers plenty of space for relaxation. First-class care and exclusive services complete our offer.
For the Seerose house in the Thurgau region, we are looking for a
Health Specialist EFZ 50% - 100% Night Shift
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Planning of doctor visits
- Possible assumption of tasks as a topic leader for a specialist subject and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality
- Independent responsibility for the entire house during the night shift
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Health Specialist EFZ required
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German skills (at least B2 level) in spoken and written form
