Centre for Adult Psychiatry Acute
The Park C ward offers support and assistance to adults between 18 and 60 years of age in psychological crisis and stress situations. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings from evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic effective factors.
Your Tasks
Your core tasks include the individual, professional care and support of patients during the night. You provide security on the ward and, in collaboration with the on-duty doctors, can professionally manage crises. You use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, support the implementation of individual care and crisis plans, and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the ward. You orient your working methods according to the ward and Safewards concept. The coordinated and multidisciplinary collaboration offers our patients the best possible treatment success.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH and have an interest in the psychiatric field. You possess empathy and the ability to act calmly and confidently in crisis situations. Furthermore, you enjoy engaging with our patients on an equal footing and have understanding for adults from 18 years of age regarding their specific coping challenges. If you are a team-oriented, communicative, and considerate personality, we would be very pleased to receive your application.
