Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

You will handle all legal questions arising from business activities. This includes contracts, regulations, compliance and supervisory issues, business terms, liability claims, formalities, etc. You are the internal contact for all departments, analyse the situation, advise, develop suitable solutions and accompany the implementation. In addition to these operational tasks, you will also work on conceptual topics. This particularly concerns the definition and orientation of the compliance strategy, the anchoring of regulatory provisions in internal processes, as well as participation in projects to increase efficiency and digitalisation. A

law degree

is required, ideally with a bar exam (or preparing for it) and professional experience in a bank, law firm, supervisory authority or other company in the financial services sector. On a personal level, we expect a pronounced analytical mindset, a systematic, well-organised way of working and the ability to succinctly get to the heart of complex matters. You demonstrate initiative, pragmatism, an entrepreneurial mindset and communication skills in contact with interlocutors at different hierarchical levels. The international nature requires fluent English skills.
