For an established Swiss SME in the Basel region with ambitious growth targets, we are looking for a committed and dynamic individual who enjoys customer contact, works independently and brings new ideas.Our client is in an exciting development phase. Processes are being modernised, digital solutions are being advanced and existing structures further developed. We are looking for a reliable reinforcement who wants to actively help shape this path.
Your area of responsibility
- Independent processing of customer orders and coordination of ongoing orders.
- Competent and service-oriented customer support by telephone and e-mail.
- Preparation of offers as well as support in sales activities.
- Recording incoming orders in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Invoicing as well as taking on simple accounting tasks.
- Design and dispatch of newsletters as well as participation in marketing measures.
- Active involvement in internal processes and bringing in own ideas for process optimisation.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in sales back office of a trading company or manufacturing company in the B2B segment.
- Fluent Swiss German as well as very good written German skills; English and/or French skills are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as a strong affinity for digital applications.
- Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
- Interest in modern AI tools and openness to using them in the future to simplify and optimise work processes.
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with strong customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Dynamic, straightforward personality with initiative, team spirit and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
