Planning and conducting technical training and updates for international partners (remote & on site)
Ensuring technical support (3rd level) as well as managing global key accounts and partners
Coordinating technical adjustments including material planning, documentation and cost estimation
Analysing customer and partner feedback for continuous product and quality improvement
Supporting market launches, field tests as well as sales and marketing activities
PROFILE:
Completed technical training (HF/FH) or equivalent practical experience, ideally complemented by training experience
Several years of experience in technical service/support (including electrotechnical know-how) as well as solid IT user knowledge
Very good English skills (C1) and strong communication skills in an international environment
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style with a strong customer focus
Willingness to travel internationally (max. 20%), driving licence category B and flexibility regarding working hours
