To complement our team in the SCM department, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dynamic Deputy Head of Purchasing.

No procurement, no business success! Help us with your expertise in purchasing to continue producing innovative and high-quality electric buses.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the optimal supply of the company with externally procured goods for the assigned supplier group
• Professional deputy for the head of purchasing
• Obtaining quotations and implementing purchase orders
• Checking, monitoring and entering order confirmations
• Conducting supplier discussions and maintaining relationships
• Project-specific support of the head of purchasing
• Coordination of change notifications and interface function between purchasing and change management
• Creating and monitoring framework agreements (quantity contracts)
• Various administrative tasks (document management, master data maintenance, etc.)

Our Requirements

• Technical basic training with appropriate commercial further education or commercial basic training with a technical flair
• Purchasing experience in a production company
• Very good MS Office and ERP system knowledge
• Flawless German and good English skills are essential (additional languages are an advantage)
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with good negotiation skills
• Independent and self-reliant working style
