- Overall responsibility for physiotherapy at two locations, ensuring clear structures and reliable processes
- Leadership with heart and mind: You lead your team with appreciation and clarity and support the continuous personal and professional development of each team member.
- Active proximity to practice: In your leadership role, you are regularly in contact with patients and actively participate in treatment.
- Ensuring and further developing treatment quality: You ensure that the therapeutic process meets our high quality standards and continuously develop it.
- Forward-looking and prudent resource planning and management so that patient needs and team capacities fit well together.
- Actively shaping change processes: You accompany and actively support your team during changes and always keep an eye on the common goal of holistic patient care.
- Trustful collaboration: You work interprofessionally and promote close, respectful cooperation with other areas

Your profile
Professional & methodological competence:
- Completed degree in physiotherapy (BSc or MSc); for foreign degrees, SRK recognition and BAB Canton Basel-Stadt.
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in geriatrics, as well as leadership experience and further training in leadership.
- Solid knowledge in quality management and evidence-based practice.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Good understanding of business contexts in healthcare.
