About the job

With the expansion of our gastronomy and year-round railway operation, the personnel area is becoming more versatile. As the person responsible for personnel, you are the central contact for our employees and managers and actively shape the personnel department of Niederhornbahn.

Your tasks:

• Advising managers and employees on personnel and labour law matters
• Independent personnel administration from entry to exit
• Management and support of recruitment
• Handling social insurance and personnel issues
• Participation and co-design in HR projects
• Deputising for finance and responsibility for data protection
• Member of the extended management team

What you bring with you:

• HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Commercial basic training and professional experience in human resources
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented personality
• High sense of responsibility and strong organisational talent
• Confident handling of MS Office; Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of AZG (railway) and L-GAV (gastronomy) is an advantage
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration
