At our six locations in the greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.

Your task
- Administrative support of the department management and the specialist department managers
- Co-responsibility for the purchase of utensils and consumables
- Support in data maintenance in the maintenance software as well as in other tools
- Collaboration in the development of concepts
- Assumption of administrative tasks within the framework of construction projects
- Taking minutes in various HFM specialist department meetings
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training (EFZ)
- Basic knowledge in Hospitality & Facility Management is an advantage
- Responsible, service-oriented personality with organizational talent and high quality standards
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as ideally other digital tools
