Assistant Hospitality & Facility Management (HFM) 50%
We offer a position at our office in Ostermundigen from mid-June or by arrangement as
- Administrative support for the department head and the specialist area managers
- Co-responsibility for the procurement of utensils and consumables
- Support with data maintenance in the maintenance software as well as in other tools
- Participation in the development of concepts
- Assumption of administrative tasks within the scope of construction projects
- Minute-taking in various HFM specialist area meetings
- Completed commercial training (EFZ)
- Basic knowledge of Hospitality & Facility Management is an advantage
- Responsible, service-oriented personality with organisational talent and high quality standards
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and ideally other digital tools
