You are ready to start your training. At school, you are almost one of the old hands. You and we are aware that new challenges await you as you enter the professional world. That is why we will closely support you over the next 3 years, provide continuous training, and prepare you optimally for your final examination.

This is what you will learn as a retail specialist:

• Packaging fresh foods from the bakery, patisserie, and confectionery.
• Conducting positive sales conversations including advising customers.
• Presenting products so that customers have an optimal experience.
• Handling hygiene related to food.

This is what you bring:

• You need a school leaving certificate (secondary school preferred) and good German skills.
• It must be natural for you to communicate with your team about work and to ask questions if anything is unclear.
• You are reliable and open to learning new things.
• You work precisely.
• As we are open 7 days a week, you must be flexible with your working hours and will partly work at weekends.
• Most importantly, you enjoy customer contact and like working with food.
