For our Employee Compliance Team within Central Compliance, we are looking for a Compliance Investigation Specialist to join our team. The team is responsible for the Conduct Framework, monitoring and promoting effective governance and ensuring highest standards of Compliance across our operations.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Conduct complex compliance-related policy breach investigations in close collaboration with various internal functions globally

Identify and present findings and mitigating measures by way of concise reports and presentations to senior stakeholders

Ensure adequate ongoing reporting of cases and the overall portfolio to senior management

Support and assist other investigation functions and provide advice to various internal stakeholders

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the compliance conduct framework to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with policies, guidelines and processes
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in law, compliance, banking & finance, business administration)
- Work experience (6+ years) in or related to the financial industry with special expertise in the field of investigations and Compliance
- Proven experience in independently executing Compliance policy breach investigations
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Stress-resistant, ability to cope with tight deadlines and deliver independently under time pressure
- Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain sound relationship with stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German, other languages are an advantage
